Mark Allyn, PMP – President & Chief Executive Officer 
Mr. Allyn is Co-founder of National Cash Flow Systems, Inc. He is a certified Project Management Professional with over 13 years of senior-level management and project management experience in a variety of technology-oriented industries including wireless communications and e-commerce software. Mr. Allyn demonstrates a unique blend of strong leadership skills and intense technical insight to successfully launch computer-based ventures. Those strengths coupled with his strong customer focus have formed a solid base for rapid company growth.

Mr. Allyn has served as Chief Executive Officer of NCFS since the Company’s inception. His duties include running day-to-day operations of the Company, developing and implementing corporate strategic plans, as well as developing and maintaining outside strategic alliances.

Thomas Stafslien, AAP, JD, LLM– General Counsel
Mr. Stafslien brings a wealth of experience, situational awareness, and organizational insight to NCFS. His duties include business development, independent contractor leadership, marketing, account management, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Prior to coming to NCFS, Mr. Stafslien served as CEO at Pay-Tech Solutions, a competing electronic payment processing company. In 2001, Pay-Tech merged with National Cash Flow Systems.

Mr. Stafslien is certified by NACHA, the Electronic Payments Association, as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP). He also holds a Master of Management degree from National University, a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Wisconsin, and a Master of Law degree from the Judge Advocate General’s School, U.S. Army. Mr. Stafslien retired from the Marine Corps after 20 years of service, and held leadership positions as the Staff Judge Advocate, 1st Force Service Support Group, Chief Trial Counsel and Senior Defense Counsel at Camp Pendleton, Company Commander, Executive Officer and Firing Platoon Commander in Beirut, Lebanon.

Jackie Campbell – National Sales Director
Jackie Campbell is the National Sales Director of National Cash Flow Systems.  With almost 20 years of sales and customer service experience,

Jackie brings her strong focus in account management to bear in helping National Cash Flow Systems growing its customer base.  Jackie has held sales leadership roles in the telecommunications and finance industries working with customers of all shapes and sizes.  She has won numerous sales awards and has an exemplary reputation for doing what's best for her clientele.

Jackie has held multiple leadership roles in non-profit organizations dedicated to educational and special needs causes.

Barbara Schmidt – Chief Financial Officer 
Ms. Schmidt is Co-Founder of National Cash Flow Systems, Inc. (NCFS). She has over thirty years experience in senior-level accounting/finance positions for several companies in different types of businesses including computer services, hospitals, auto dealerships, savings & loans, resorts and hotels. Her career has provided her an extremely broad and well-rounded accounting background.

Ms. Schmidt has been the CFO and Corporate Controller of NCFS since 1998. She has developed and implemented all accounting functions for the company. Ms. Schmidt attended San Diego State University and Ball State University with emphasis on accounting at both institutions.
