Virtual Terminal is a high performance electronic transaction payment gateway that is used for obtaining authorizations, settlement and/or funding, in addition to comprehensive reporting for transactions via the internet. Communications to the gateway can come in a number of different forms including a standard TCP/IP Socket connection, HTTP, and FTP. Virtual Terminal uses client/server architecture to transfer transactional data from the point of origination (merchant’s website or transaction server) to the some of the largest U.S. financial processing centers in the world. Transactional data is submitted for funding and then response information is returned to the point of origination in seconds!

Virtual Terminal’s payment gateway can interface with a number of different forms including most brands of shopping cart software including CART32, Cold Fusion and Miva Merchant. Transactions can be processed in a number of ways including real-time, batch mode and recurring (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
